Q: How are Working Days counted?

A: Support runs across consecutive working days (Monday through Friday). Your support period active window moves continuously forward on business days. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from your total count.

Q: What is the difference between the packages?

A: Every package offers the exact same level of high-priority personal email support from me. The only difference is the duration:
* 3-Day Sprint: Perfect for resolving 3–5 specific questions across 3 consecutive working days.
* 5-Day Accelerator: Spans 5 consecutive working days (one full workweek) to help you build or refine a standard 1-to-2 week Japan travel plan. (Saves ~15% per day compared to the Sprint).
* 10-Day Ultimate: Spans 10 consecutive working days (two full workweeks), best for first-time travelers or multi-region itineraries requiring continuous guidance. (Saves £55 compared to booking two 5-day packages).

Q: When does my support package begin?

A: Your consecutive working days begin on a start date we agree after purchase. Once confirmed, your support period activates and you can begin sending your questions immediately. Because days are consecutive, your plan runs continuously through business days until completed. I will notify you when yuor plan ends giving you the option to extend if additional support is needed (subject to availability).

Q: How quickly will I get replies to my questions?

A: Replies are typically sent within a few hours to 1 business day during standard working hours (Monday to Friday). If you submit a long list of detailed questions in a single email, I may answer them in digestible batches across your active consecutive working days so you can make steady, continuous progress.

Q: Is there a limit on how many questions I can ask?

A: There is no arbitrary limit on the number of questions. However, Travel Planning Support is a responsive Q&A service designed to answer your specific queries, rather than a proactive document review or trip-building service. If you need help with those then my Concierge service is what you need.

Q: What is NOT included in Travel Planning Support?

A: To keep this service focused and affordable, Travel Planning Support does not include:
* Reviewing full external documents, complex spreadsheets, or booking confirmations.
* Proactive, hands-on itinerary creation or research on your behalf.
* In-trip emergency or real-time support while traveling in Japan. (This service is strictly for pre-trip planning).
If you require hands-on, end-to-end itinerary design or document reviews, my Travel Planning Calls or my premium Concierge Service may be a better fit.

Q: Can I use this service while I am already travelling in Japan?

A: No. Travel Planning Support is strictly for pre-trip planning. It is neither intended nor priced for live, on-the-ground assistance while traveling. Bookings made with the intention of using the service while in Japan will be cancelled and a 25% administrative fee will be charged, with the remaining balance refunded.

Q: Are these recurring subscriptions?

A: No. All packages are standard, one-time payments that automatically end after your chosen consecutive working day duration expires. There are no recurring fees or automatic renewals.
