45-Minute Strategy Call: My most popular option. Perfect for running through a standard 10–14 day trip, confirming your transit pass strategy, and identifying potential bottlenecks or rushed days.
60-Minute Deep Dive: Ideal if you are starting from scratch, planning a 3+ week journey across multiple prefectures, or want extensive guidance on off-the-beaten-path destinations.

Q: How does scheduling work?

A: Once you book your call, you will receive a link to my calendar where you can choose a date and time that fits your schedule, along with a short pre-call questionnaire. Because clients join from around the world, multiple time-zone options are available.

Q: What is the booking lead time policy?

A: To ensure adequate preparation and availability, I cannot accept call bookings for travel dates commencing less than 30 days from your date of purchase.

Q: How long are purchased calls valid?

A: All call bookings remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can secure current pricing now and schedule your session whenever your planning stage demands it.

Q: What is the difference between a Planning Call and Travel Planning Support?

A:
Planning Calls are live, high-impact video sessions (30–60 mins) focused on real-time discussions, dynamic itinerary sanity checks, and live Q&A over Zoom (you don’t need to have Zoom, I will send you a link you can use).
Travel Planning Support is an asynchronous, email-based question & answer service running across consecutive working days (3, 5, or 10 days), giving you a continuous back-and-forth communication channel while you draft your plans independently.

Q: Do you make bookings or reservations for me on the call?

A: No. Travel Planning Calls provide independent advisory, itinerary reviews, routing advice, and personalised recommendations. You retain complete freedom and control over booking your own hotels, transport, and experiences using the links and guides provided in your post-call resource summary.

Q: What happens after our call ends?

A: You will receive the complete video and audio recordings of our session for you to refer to at your leisure, along with a curated Travel Resource Notes document containing links to the destinations, accommodation, services, and experiences discussed during the call.
